TREE-age (emmamectin benzoate) is now a Restricted Use Pesticide. TREE-age is still available, however applicators must now be Certified Pesticide Applicators prior to purchase and delivery. Each state is handling the registration process differently so be sure to check with your local regulatory agency for licensing requirements and and any restrictions on using current stock of TREE-age still containing the 24(c) label.
