Tom Prosser: Founder/CEO

Tom Prosser is the founder of Rainbow Treecare Scientific Advancements. Tom began Rainbow Treecare in the late 1970's out of his garage as a response to the Dutch elm disease epidemic in Minnesota. Tom saw Rainbow grow from a fledging tree health company to become one of the most recognized and highly reputible companies in the Twin Cities. In 1998, Tom founded RTSA to put a focus on research and protocol development to improve the science and the business of arboriculture. Tom is a Certified Arborist and is on the Board of Trustees for the TREE Fund.

Tom's focus on providing sound, responsible solutions and an unbending commitment to customer service form the cornerstones of RTSA's mission and our company's core values.
